Your Agreement with RanVideo
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RanVideo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
RanVideo is a web-based application that enables users to input text-based stories and generate corresponding videos. The Service uses proprietary algorithms to create videos based on the provided text. You acknowledge that the output quality may vary depending on the input provided and that RanVideodoes not guarantee specific results.
3. User Accounts
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the text stories ("User Content") you submit to RanVideo. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform your User Content solely for the purpose of generating videos and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
- You have the necessary rights to submit the User Content
5. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, and other materials provided by RanVideo, excluding User Content and Output, are owned by RanVideo Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- • You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase
- • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
- • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- • All payments are strictly non-refundable in all cases, regardless of service status or usage
- • We may change pricing at any time, with notice provided for existing subscribers
7. Service Reliability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, technical issues may occasionally occur. In the event of service disruption or performance issues:
- • We will make every reasonable effort to restore service as quickly as possible
- • For existing users, we will prioritize rebuilding and restoring the application
- • However, we cannot guarantee immediate resolution of all issues
- • Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation
8. Prohibited Conduct
- • Use RanVideo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Submit User Content or generate Output that is pornographic, nude, sexual, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
- • Attempt to interfere with the Service's functionality
- • Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party rights
- • Share your account credentials with others
9. Privacy
RanVideo collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the Service. Currently, we do not store IP addresses. In the future, we may collect IP addresses and device information to improve video generation results and optimize the application. 10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to RanVideo at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but these Terms' provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution will survive.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RanVideo Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. The Service is provided "as is," and we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
